Returns & Exchanges

Returns:

Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are non-returnable items. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Such cases include instances where any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or involving any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

Late or missing returns:

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, please first contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, we ask that you contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done both and have still not received your refund, please contact us at hello@shopcurie.com.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

If you should prefer a fragrance or product other than what was originally ordered, we are happy to exchange the item(s) free of charge. Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Unfortunately, we are unable to pay for two-way shipping. However, we are happy to cover the return shipping costs for the item(s) being exchanged for once your original item(s) have been received by our warehouse. Aside from fulfillment errors, customers will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return any item(s) for exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. That said, we will keep you up to date with real-time tracking information throughout the process.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
